During their regular meeting held Wednesday, April 16, the Pattonsburg Board of Aldermen voted to raise water rates from $7 to $8 for the minimum, plus 14% for those costs over the minimum, set to start July 1 of this year, if there is no other projected price.

Anna Lee McQuate, 83, Osborn, died Saturday, April 26, 2008.
The sixth grade class at CDS Elementary held their D.A.R.E. graduation at Breadeaux Pizza. Gallatin Police Chief Mark Richards announced the essay winners and pizza was served to the group.
