Funeral services for Anna McQuate were held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Osborn United Methodist Church. Arrangements were by Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Burial was at Osborn Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Osborn United Methodist Church.
Anna Lee McQuate, 83, Osborn, died Saturday, April 26, 2008.

Mrs. McQuate was born in Altamont on Oct. 26, 1924, to John and Lorena (Amer) Talbott. She graduated from the Winston High School.
Mrs. McQuate was a member of the Osborn United Methodist Church, Four County Square Dance Club and American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, William and Donald Talbott.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur of the home; one son, John McQuate of St. Joseph; one daughter, Teena Thomas of St. Joseph; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
