Roberta F. Henderson, 80, of Jamesport passed away Saturday, Feb.19, 2011, at Daviess County Nursing & Rehab in Gallatin. Services were held at 11 am, Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Jamesport Baptist Church. Family visitation was from 6 – 8 pm Monday evening at the Church. Burial was in the Clear Creek Cemetery near Jamesport. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jamesport First Responders or Jamesport First Baptist Church

Circuit Clerk

The following cases were heard by Judge James Valbracht on Feb. 18:

Adam M. Morrell, Gallatin, plead guilty to DWI, persistent offender, and was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, execution of sentence suspended. He was placed on five years probation, and ordered to serve 30 days shock time in the regional jail.

Morrell also plead guilty on a plea agreement to misdemeanor domestic assault,
