Every year, Missouri senior citizens pay thousands of dollars out of their own pockets to get the prescription drugs they need, because of a coverage gap in Medicare.
Chris Hodge, the high school principal at Pattonsburg R-2, and Cheryl Cornett, the elementary principal, were both awarded contracts for the 2011/2012 school year.

Mike and Linda Arnold will celebrate their 25th anniversary with a reception between 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 27, at the Gallatin First Baptist Church.
