Coronation will begin at 7 p.m. with the dance to follow. The homecoming game was held on Feb. 21. Proceeds from a silent auction and raffle held during the game benefitted the senior class.

The financial statement was presented by Becky Morris during the regular meeting of the North Daviess R-3 Board of Education held Feb. 14.

Bills were paid as presented by a vote of 3 Yes, 1 No.

There were three vacancies on the school board for the next term. James Horner, Jason Lewis, Chris Nelson and Amanda Wynne have signed up for the board. The election will take place on April 5.

The special education review will be finished by the March 1 deadline.

Mrs. Morris presented an amendment to the budget.

A motion was made by Jason Lewis to transfer $18,000 out of the general fund account and transfer into the capital projects account.

Jeremy Dodds presented that the overall assessment of the vocational program for North Daviess

R-3 School District is above average.

Feb. 21 was a weather make-up day.

Mr. Hartley reported that the elementary basketball games have began and the teams will participate in the Bethany, Pattonsburg, Gilman City and North Daviess Tournaments during the months of February and March.

Junior High Academic meets have began and North Daviess is participated and doing well.

The board entered into executive session pursuant to employee matters.

The above are unapproved minutes. Board members present were Debbie Ray, Jessica Nelson (Arrived 7:24 p.m.), Jason Lewis, Axel Olson, Lee Courter (Arrived 7:40 p.m.), Cecil McCrary.

Board members absent was Jeremy Hunter. Also present were Superintendent Becky Morris, Beverly Ward, Linda Landes, Gregg Hartley and Jeremy Dodds.

Next board meeting is at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 14, at the elementary library, Coffey.
