Pastor Russ Hamilton gave the message, “Facing the Truth,” based on Numbers 21:4-9 and John 3:14-21.
Ron’s sermon was based on Numbers 21:4-9, Ephesians 2:1-10 and John 3:14-21. Good Friday community service at 7 p.m. at Pattonsburg United Methodist. Palm Sunday Charge (Pattonsburg and Heath) service will be a Pattonsburg at 10:30 a.m.
Brother Doug’s message was from Mark 2:14-17, “The Un-pharisee.” We are accepting clothes for the clothes ministry. Sympathy is extended to the Heldenbrand and Cottrell families.

Gallatin R-5 wrestlers, basketball players and cheerleaders were under the spotlight Friday night as athletes, coaches, parents and supporters met in the R-5 gym for the 2005-06 Winter Sports Banquet.
Thelma Chiarottino of Issaquah, formerly St. Joseph, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at the age of 95.
Graveside services for Danielle Sorrells was held Tuesday at Edgewood Cemetery in Chillicothe. Arrangement were by Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe. Burial was at Edgewood Cemetery. Danielle Nicole Sorrells, 13, Chillicothe, died Friday, March 24, 2006 after a long battle with Leukemia.
A service celebrating Ann Holley’s life was held Tuesday, in the Gano Chapel on the William Jewell College Campus. Arrangements were by Park Lawn Northland Chapel. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ann Holley Scholarship Fund at William Jewell College, in care of Development Office, 500 College Hill, Liberty, MO 64068. Ann Lee (Pearl) Holley, 53, Liberty, died Friday at Liberty Hospital.
The graveside service and burial for Mary Payne was held Friday at the Masonic Cemetery, Jamesport. Arrangements were by McWilliams Funeral Home, Jamesport. Memorials may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale, Ark., in care of the funeral home. Mary Virginia Payne, 90, Springdale, formerly Jamesport, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at a Springdale health-care center.
