The Elks Mobile Dental Unit is now in its 46th year of providing dental services to deserving residents of Missouri.
Memorial services for Rex Garr will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at Community of Christ, Cameron. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. before the service, at the church. Inurnment will be at Graceland Memorial Cemetery, Cameron. Mr. Garr has been cremated under the direction of Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Quality and/or the Community of Christ Building Fund.
Mass of Christian burial for Edward McMahon was held Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Bethany. Burial location is pending. Arrangements were by Bethany Memorial Chapel, Bethany. A funeral service for Travis Girratono was held Monday at the First Baptist Church, Gilman City, under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery, Gilman City. Travis M. Girratono was fatally injured Thursday, Oct. 23, in a three-car crash near Kansas Speedway.
