Two Pattonsburg teams compete at Missouri State Science Olympiad

In February, students from Pattonsburg R-2 School competed in the first ever Virtual Regional Science Olympiad. While the experience was different than it had been in previous years, the students still enjoyed it overall, with the varsity team earning their first whole-team spot to compete at the state level and the junior high team bringing home their first-ever, first place trophy. These students just competed at State Science Olympiad, which was held April 10, 2021. Results from that competition will not be known until the end of the week. The teams were coached by Pattonsburg science teacher, Mrs. Tuanette Hulet, assisted by Pattonsburg  English teacher, Ms. Alyssa Lambert.
