- Steven D. Lawrence, 74, Pattonsburg, was charged with possession of child pornography. Bond was denied. According to the probable cause statement, a compact disk belonging to Lawrence was taken to the Missouri Digital Forensic Center, pursuant to a search warrant by the Circuit Court of Daviess County. A pornographic video was found on the disk. Lawrence is currently in the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail on related charges. This additional charge is a follow-up to the previous charges filed.
- Cyrus Wildman, 19, Winston, charged with probation violation of a previous charge of domestic assault; $5,000 bond.
- Noah Trombley, 33, of Lenexa Kansas arrested and charged with forgery; $1000 bond.
- Brenton Odom, 19, Jamesport, was arrested and charged with domestic assault; $5,000 bond. According to court documents, a verbal argument turned into a physical assault on April 8 at a Jamesport residence. The victim required treatment at an emergency room, with stitches needed for a laceration by his eye.
