Menus April 12-16
Monday: chicken strips, lettuce salad with croutons, hard-boiled egg, hot roll, five-cup salad; Tuesday: goulash, Texas toast, coleslaw, fruit juice, brownie, ice cream; Wednesday: pork roast with noodles, mashed potatoes, gravy, spinach with carrots, biscuit, grapes, sugar cookie; Thursday: tomato soup, tuna salad sandwich, celery, carrot and cucumber, crackers, banana; Friday: ham balls over rice, sweet potatoes, green beans, bread slice, pineapple cheesecake.
