Menus April 5-9, 2021
Monday: baked chicken with baby bakers, carrots, cauliflower and cheese, strawberry shortcake; Tuesday: BBQ brisket, hash brown casserole, green beans, hot roll, mixed fruit; Wednesday: sliced ham steak, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cornbread, pineapple; Thursday: catfish, macaroni and cheese with tomatoes, cole slaw, mandarin oranges; Friday: broccoli potato soup, ham and cheese sandwich, pickles and onions, crackers, applesauce.
