Aaron was born in Joplin on Aug. 25, 1987, to Judy (Jones) York and Jeff Ragan.
Aaron was a 2006 graduate of Joplin High School and a United States Marine Corps veteran of two tours in Iraq.
Aaron was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
He is survived by his parents; son Gabriel Ragan; sister Amber (Justin) Riley; brothers Preston (Paige) and Daniel Ragan; one niece; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to any service organization helping homeless veterans. Memorial services will be held later this year. Arrangements have been entrusted to the direction and care of Stith Funeral Home.
