Dale was born Dec. 16, 1936, in Barada, NE, the son of Melvin and Mary (Tillman) Rowell.
He was preceded in death by one son and eight siblings.
Survivors include daughters, Debra Rowell, Carolyn Rowell, and Rebecca Carter; and brothers Eugene Rowell of Pattonsburg and Kenneth Rowell.
There will be no services.
