Daviess County Sheriff’s Department welcomed new Deputy Sheriff Riley Christensen as he was sworn in on Jan. 29.

Christensen was sworn in as Deputy Sheriff at the age of 21. Prior to being sworn in as Deputy Sheriff, Christensen assisted on his family’s local farm in Daviess County.
Deputy Christensen was a former student at Winston High School. He was an honor roll student and athlete. This Redbird alumni now helps keep the Daviess County community safe.
