Makinzee Kinnard and Tori Kelley of Plattsburg are proud to announce the birth of their first child, a daughter, Amari Shaylnn Kinnard on December 18, 2020, at 8:43 am. She weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and was 19 inches long.
