A Cameron man was fatally injured at about 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 25 after being ejected from his vehicle and then struck by an unknown tractor-trailer.

According to the highway patrol, Creighton Russell, 31, Cameron, was northbound on I-35, driving a 1997 Ford Ranger. He lost control, entered the median, and struck a guardrail. He was ejected and struck by an unknown tractor-trailer.
Russell was pronounced deceased by Clinton County Coroner Lee Hanks.
The accident was investigated by Trp. B.T. Quiring and Sgt. G.D. Ward, assisted by Tpr. J.J. Thompson, Tpr J.W. Smith, Clinton County Sheriff’s Department and Plattsburg Police Department.
