Zach and Taryn Douglas of Chillicothe are the parents of a daughter born at 4:12 p.m. Oct. 15, 2020, at Liberty Hospital. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 18 inches long at birth. She has been named Oakley Rhyne and is the couple’s first child.
Taryn is a teacher at Gallatin High School, and Zach is a teacher at Braymer High School.
Maternal grandparents are Sandy Dustman of Jamesport and Richard Dustman of Jamesport. Paternal grandparents are Cecil and Carol Douglas of Wheeling. The great grandmother is Ruth Harrington of Jamesport.
