A Trenton man received minor injuries in an accident that happened at about 6:05 a.m. on Aug. 11 in Daviess County. According to the highway patrol, Reed was driving a 2009 Ford on Hwy. 69. About one mile west of Altamont his vehicle went off the right side of the roadway, returned to the roadway, overcorrected, traveled off the left side of the roadway, and struck an embankment.
Reed, who was not wearing his seat belt, was transported by private vehicle to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.
The accident was investigated by Tpr. J.P. Lynch.
