Richard “Paul” Ragan, 66, Mercer, MO passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at his home.
He was born on August 13, 1953 in Princeton, Missouri the son of Maynard Franklin and Nina May (Groves) Ragan.
Paul was a graduate of Mercer High School in 1971. He enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, wood working, and time spent with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter, C.J. Marie Chapman.
Paul is survived by his daughter, Crystal Harris, Kansas City, MO; mother, Nina Ragan; sisters, Patty (Terry) Puffer, Mercer, MO and Phyllis Johnson, Mercer, MO; brother, Michael (Billie Jo) Ragan, Gilman City, MO; grandchildren, Eli and Tristen Harris and Katie Chapman; 19 nieces and nephews and many cousins.
Paul has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO.
The family will hold a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 3 at the Mercer Assembly of God Church, Mercer, MO. Inurnment will be held in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Princeton, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Friday at the church. Memorials may be made towards Cystic Fibrosis in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 316, Princeton, MO 64673.
