Dr. Jennifer Bowe, MD, with St. Luke’s Health System and Wright Memorial Hospital, has recently joined Life Options Green Hills Pregnancy + Health Center as their medical director. As medical director, Dr. Bowe will oversee all medical services provided by the center.
These services include medical grade pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, and eventually STD/STI testing. Dr. Bowe will assure that center nurses are following best medical practices and the center is abiding by HIPPA requirements.
Dr. Bowe was born in Illinois, but for most of her life grew up in Missouri. She graduated high school from Grundy R-V and received her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She graduated from the University of Missouri Medical School in 2001. After her residency in Family Medicine at the University of MO-Columbia from 2001-2004, she returned to Trenton with her family.
Dr. Bowe was in private practice with Dr. JA Keuhn at Green Hills Medical Clinic until she and her husband purchased the clinic and began to operate it themselves. In 2014, they sold the practice to St. Luke’s Health System and Wright Memorial Hospital where she has been employed ever since. Dr. Bowe is also the medical director at Eastview Manor Care Center as well as the Grundy County Health Department. Dr. Bowe has been married to her husband Casey for almost 24 years and they have three children. They live on a family farm in Laredo.
Life Options Green Hills is a pregnancy medical center located in Trenton that offers free and confidential services to pregnant women. Due to the COVID-19 situation, they are currently offering virtual pregnancy counseling services only.
