11:03 am – Assisting medical in I-35 car accident.
• Randall Tharp, 56, Kansas City, KS, was arrested and taken to Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail (DDCRJ) for driving while revoked/suspended and failure to display plates. According to court documents, Tharp was stopped by the Highway Patrol for a plate violation on northbound I-35 at the 76 mile marker. Drugs and paraphernalia were found in the vehicle during a consent search, and Tharp was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He is also charged with driving while revoked, drug paraphernalia and failure to properly affix vehicle plates. He has five prior convictions for driving while suspended or revoked, dating back to 2015. Bond was denied.

• Damien Youtsey, 35, Winston, was arrested and taken to DDCRJ on a 24-hour hold for DWI.
• Cyrus Wildman, 18, Winston, was arrested and taken to DDCRJ for assault. He was taken into custody by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office as he was walking eastbound on Highway 6 from the I-35 Raceway. According to court documents, Wildman went to his home in Winston while intoxicated and assaulted his two minor brothers. When Wildman’s mother, Melissa Parker, and her fiancé, Dustin Clark, were called to the home, Clark made Wildman leave the home. Wildman is known to leave the area and not be in contact with family members for weeks at a time. The family was not aware that he was going to be coming to the house on the day of the assault. Wildman was charged with two counts of domestic assault. Bond was denied.

• Kelly Frazier, 47, Jamesport, was arrested and taken to DDCRJ for violation of protection order pending a warrant.
• Travis Roberts, 34, St. Joseph, was picked up from Buchanan County and taken to DDCRJ for non-support. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Kerry McBroom, 51, Gallatin, was arrested by the Highway Patrol and taken to DDCRJ for DWI and driving while revoked. He was taken into custody in a traffic stop on Highway 6, east of Route DD. A probable cause search revealed beer and marijuana in the vehicle. McBroom has been charged with DWI habitual, B felony, driving while revoked, possession of marijuana and consumption of alcoholic beverage while driving. McBroom has five prior arrests for driving while intoxicated and four prior arrests for driving while revoked. Bond was denied.
