Twilah Marie Landes, 89, Jamesport, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at a Trenton, nursing home.
She was born on June 28, 1930 the daughter of James Scott and Era (Hamilton) Edwards.
In 1957, she married William R. “Bill” Landes. He preceded her in death on August 7, 2004.
Twilah was a homemaker and the former bookkeeper for Landes Oil.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; sons, David and Billy Scott Landes, and brothers, Delbert, Dean, and Jim Edwards.
Twilah is survived by her son, Greg (Lori) Landes, Jamesport; daughter-in-law, Tracey Landes, Jamesport; grandchildren, Aaron (Micah) Landes, Stephanie (Dale) Drake, Zalie Landes and Emily Landes; step-grandchildren, Tyler Lane, Ami Lane, Brittney Ghidoni, Bailey (Chris) Mazur, and Briana Hixson; great grandchildren, Blaine, Ryan, Alivia, Max, and Brynlee and several step-great grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 16, in Pilot Grove Cemetery #2, Jamesport, under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Jamesport. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Roberson Funeral Home, Jamesport. Memorials may be made to the Jamesport United Methodist Church in care of Roberson Funeral Home, 503 S. Broadway, Jamesport, MO 64648.
