The annual audit services with Westbrook & Co. was approved during the April 15 meeting of the Pattonsburg R-2 Board of Education.
Superintendent Scott Ireland reported school will be out of session for the rest of the school year and lunches will be served until May 13.
Surplus was approved.
The board entered into executive session to discuss personnel, student matters, and legal issues.
