The board entered into executive session to discuss personnel. After returning to open session, the board approved the following to be tenured for the 2020-2021 school year: Jessica Fitzgerald, Brittney Ghidoni, and Chad Sullenger.
The following positions were offered for next school year:
All elementary probationary teachers: Allie Dolan, Amanda Durbin, April Fenimore, Amanda Harper, Kelsey Peterson, Casey Sweatman, Carly Talbert and Jennifer Youtsey;
All middle school probationary teachers: Kirbie Crouse, Penny Gardner, Jack Malo, Samantha Parman, and Chris Wever.
All high school probationary teachers: Amy Holder, Kelly Lee, and Ally Ockenfels.
Part-time teaching positions were offered to Debbie Cross, Julie Rains, and Debbie Sweatman.
Staff positions were offered to Philip Berry, transportation director; David McLey, head custodian; Stephanie Lollar, food service director; and secretary to Lesli Lin, Carol Walker, Missy Chadwick, Terri Feiden, and Karen Johnson; nurse to Jennifer Bottcher; and bookkeeper to Vicki Corwin.
The board accepted the resignations of Susan Allen, Mary Jarboe, Rhonda Malo, and Robin Estenbaum for the end of the 2019-2020 school year.
The following positions were offered for the 2020-21 school year: Kayliss Evans, first grade teacher; Vicki France, elementary special education teacher; and Garrett Peterson, vocal music.
Interviews to fill a vacancy on the school board were scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on March 24.
Dr. Copple discussed issues regarding COVID-19 and procedures for the district for students and personnel.
Abilities First for occupational therapy services was approved and includes an occupational therapy assistant for a three-year contract ending on June 30, 2023.
Additions to the substitute list were approved.
Reports were presented by Dr. Copple; Principal Burke; Principal Collins; Principal Thogmartin; and Activity Director Gann.
Next board meeting was set for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16.

Present were Jesse Bird, Tim Bradford, Pam Critten, Jeffrey Donovan, Trent Dowell, and Amy Heldenbrand. Dr. Copple, Principals Burke, Collins, Thogmartin, Activity Director Gann and Board Secretary Corwin were in attendance. Guest in attendance was Wesley Gay.
