Breanna Rhoades, 20, Gallatin, received moderate injuries in an accident that happened at about 8:20 p.m. on Feb. 21 in Daviess County.
According to the highway patrol, Rhoades was driving a 2007 Lincoln MKC southbound on Hwy. 69.
At the junction of Hwy. 69 and Hwy. 6, which is about one mile west of Altamont, she failed to stop at the T-intersection and struck a guardrail off the south side of the road.
Her vehicle came to rest on the guardrail.
She was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph by Cameron ambulance. She was not wearing her seat belt.
The vehicle had moderate damage.
The accident was investigated by Trp. J.P. Lynch.
