Dalton Youtsey of Winston was sworn in as a Daviess County Deputy on Jan. 29. Dalton graduated from the Missouri Western Law Enforcement Academy in December 2019, where he received the Academic and Best Overall Cadet awards. He passed the P.O.S.T. (Police Officer Standards and Training) test in January to become a licensed law enforcement officer.
