The school board candidate filing period for the April 7, 2020, election ended Jan. 21.
Tri-County School Board incumbents Trent Brewer, Frederick Brent Dustman and Jeremy Turner have filed for re-election. The three three-year terms of Trent Brewer, Jeremy Turner, and Brent Dustman will expire with the election.
North Daviess R-3 has three openings and has had three sign-ups for the board. All three are incumbents: Jason Lewis, David Lainhart, and Natalie May.
This year’s election for Winston R-6 will consist of three three-year terms. The terms of current board members Shelly Mason, Karla Youtsey and Jason Estes are up for re-election. Filing for school board are incumbents Shelly Mason, Karla Youtsey, Jason Estes; and Hydi Sheetz.
Pattonsburg R-2 has three positions open for three-year terms. Those filing are Josh Hulet, Dustin Sperry, Justin Bret Hangley, Benjamin deJong, Nathan Woodward, Brandon Heath and Amy McCrary. None of those filing are incumbents.
Gallatin has three positions open for three year terms. The following incumbents have filed: Jeff Donovan, Tim Bradford, and Amy Heldenbrand.
