On Jan. 10, a Daviess County jury returned a verdict of not guilty for Christopher G. Houston of St. Joseph. He had been charged with felonies of domestic assault third degree and tampering with victim in felony prosecution, and two counts of misdemeanor kidnapping, in connection with a domestic incident that occurred at Lake Viking on Jan. 13, 2019.
Judge Ryan Horsman presided over the trial in Daviess County Circuit Court. Houston was represented by Attorney Drew Davis. Daviess County Prosecutor Annie Gibson represented the State.
