Barbara J. Jones, 85, of King City, MO passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at her home.
She was born August 26, 1934 the daughter of Howard Joseph and Virginia Helen (Templeton) Kraus.
On December 1, 1956, she married Carl A. Jones in Savannah, MO. He preceded her in death on August 3, 2001. Barbara was also preceded in death by her parents and brother, Patrick Kraus.
Early in life, Barbara worked as the secretary for the Union Star School. She was a member of the King City Presbyterian Church. Barbara enjoyed crafts, gardening and was an avid sports fan.
Survivors include her son, David Jones, King City, MO; daughter, Paula (David) MacMillan, Telluride, CO; grandchildren, Nicole Hutchison and Adrian Gutshall both of Jamesport, MO, Evan and Elizabeth MacMillan both of Telluride, CO and Chelsea White, Spickard, MO; great-grandchildren, Christina, Samantha, Kince, Jaycie, Zayne, Kendra and Destiny; sisters, Betty Cantor, Gower, MO and Mary Smith, Springfield, MO; brother, Marvin Kraus, county club Village, MO and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will hold a Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Presbyterian Church in King City, MO. (www.robersonfuneralhom.com)
