Kay and Frank Woodruff, Gallatin, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, David, to Lea McRoberts, daughter of Jim and Connie McRoberts, Oxford, IA.
Miss McRoberts, a 2005 Iowa State graduate, is an LEED and WELL certified architect and the director of interiors at Ittner Architects, St. Louis.
David is a 1998 Missouri State graduate, political strategist, and the founding partner of Blue Pear Media and Campaigns. Lea volunteers with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the couple enjoys historic renovation, the farmers’ market and community events.
Lea and David were engaged on horseback in April at the McRoberts’ Farm in Oxford.
The couple will be married Nov. 23 at the Renwick Mansion in Davenport, IA, in a family ceremony officiated by Pastor Sean McRoberts, cousin of the bride.
