Monday: tuna salad sandwich w/lettuce and tomato, fresh fruit plate; Tuesday: sausage gravy and biscuit, egg, hash browns, tomato juice, mixed fruit; Wednesday: chicken bacon wrap, cottage cheese and veggies, marinated vegetables, streusel muffin, peach pie; Thursday: BBQ pork tips, California blend, spinach salad, melon; Friday: potato soup, lettuce salad w/ham, crackers, fruit mix.
