Brody Bird, son of Sarah and Jesse Bird, and Jack Donovan, son of Jenny and Jack Donovan, all of Gallatin, came home with golf honors last week following the wrap up of the Northwest Missouri Junior Tournament series.

Brody won four tour events in the 12-13 age group and placed in the top three in all events. He won season long points and was series champion for the second straight season.

Jack captured first place in six of seven tour events in the 9-11 age group while finishing second in another tournament. He won the series tour championship and season long points. While competing on the tour, Jack chalked up holes-in-one at Cameron and St. Joseph country clubs.
