1 (8-oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1 (21-oz.) can strawberry pie filling

In a medium mixing bowl blend the cream cheese until creamy; mix in the cool whip and confectioners’ sugar until combined. Spread into a 9-inch pie dish. Top with strawberry pie filling. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. You can set out graham crackers, vanilla wafers or pretzels to dip into it.

I hope everyone had a nice 4th of July. Our weekend was busy. Who knew that this weekend was so popular for weddings? This weekend we celebrated the 50th anniversary of friends AND went to a wedding! At the wedding, they had this amazing dip and the caterer gave me the recipe. I have to admit, I love cheesecake and to have a cheesecake dip….
