The Annual Springhill School Auction was held on Wednesday and Thursday, July 3 and 4, 2019, west of Jamesport on NN Highway. For the past 35 plus years the auction has taken place on or close to July 4. Items on the auction block included everything from A to Z — All kinds of machinery, horses, buggies and wagons, lots of unique miscellaneous. On July 3 auctioneers sold household, stoves, washing machines, antiques and collectibles. On July 4, two rings sold machinery parts, then buggies, followed by machinery and horses.
