Jamesport woman arrested in Jackson County on 2014 warrant

On July 3, Carol Iacono, 51, Jamesport, was picked up in Jackson County on a 2014 felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance, as well as misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and passing bad checks. According to court documents, a search warrant was executed at her home in Jamesport on March 14, 2014. During the search, marijuana, methamphetamine and three firearms were seized. She also is accused of passing a $150 check at a Jamesport business, knowing that it would not be paid. Bond has been set at $35,000.
