Certified Nursing Assistants are the heartbeat of Long Term Care. The CNAs are the ones who spend the most one-on-one time with our residents and they work hard to give each resident individualized care. Knowing each resident’s personalized care needs makes CNAs invaluable to our home. Without CNAs we couldn’t provide the quality care that our residents deserve.
June 10-14 is Certified Nursing Assistants Week and we are celebrating our CNAs with fun events and treats all week. Please LIKE and SHARE posts about CNA week to show your support and gratitude for all that these wonderful CNAs do for our residents.
Father’s Day weekend will be extra special this year as well. On Saturday, June 15, at 2 p.m. we are having the Toney Family come out and provide musical entertainment for our community. The entire county is invited to join in and enjoy this free family event. Refreshments will be provided.
We will also be having a special luncheon that day to honor the residents who are fathers. Spread the word and plan to be here for the Toney Family Music Event at 2 p.m. on June 15. We are doing a 50/50 raffle and will draw for it during the music program. It is a fundraiser for the activities program.
