• Durayl Vann, 36, Kansas City, was transferred to DDRJ on a misdemeanor Daviess County failure to appear warrant for speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and operating without a valid license. Judge Adkins set the bond at $1,500 cash only.

• Dawson Davis, 20, Altamont, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of illegal weapons, speeding, and minor in possession of alcohol. According to the probable cause statement, a plain view search of his vehicle revealed four cans of beer and multiple explosive devices, which were quarter sticks of dynamite. Judge Adkins set the bond at $10,000 cash only with a 10% deposit allowed.

• Brandy Rhoades, 40, and Shane O’Dell, 41, both of Gallatin, were arrested on a felony Daviess County warrant for two felony counts of child abuse/neglect. Judge Adkins set the bond for each at $50,000 cash only.
