Pattonsburg sophomore Cameron Jones won three individual events and placed second in another and senior teammate Trevor Ireland won a pair of competitions to lead Panther efforts Tuesday in the Stanberry Bulldog Relays.

Jones continued his season-long dominance in sprint races and jumping events, winning the 200-meter dash (24.04), long jump (19’9.5”) and triple jump (42’1.75”), and taking second in the 100-meter dash (11.84).
Ireland dominated, as well, on Tuesday in the 300-meter hurdles and high jump. His winning time in the hurdles, 43.24, was over 2 seconds faster than his closest challenger. Ireland’s high jump, 5’11”, beat his nearest foe by 5 inches.
Pattonsburg’s 4×100-meter relay team of Ireland, Dylan McCrary, Cooper Teel and Dakota Eaton placed fourth on Tuesday in 49.34.
Junior Dakota Eaton picked up points for the Panthers in the sprint races, finishing sixth in the 100-meter dash (12.84) and sixth in the 200-meter dash (26.44). He also placed sixth in the long jump (17’7.75”). Dylan McCrary was a sixth place finisher for the Panthers in the 300-meter hurdles (55.34).
