Twenty-two North Central Missouri College students, including Natasha Jackson of Gallatin and Lilly Simons of Jamesport, accepted membership into Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) National Honor Society for spring 2019.
Other new members include Skyler Adkison, Hamilton; Katie Blanchard, Lucerne; Scotty Bowman, Unionville; Jesus Diaz, Milan; Chasidy Finney, Princeton; Makaylah Gordon, Trenton; Carson Hall, Moberly; Kali Harrison, Shelbyville; April Jackson, Bethel; Stetson Klise, New London; Kaitlyn Lewis, Hamilton; Kirsten Moore, Chillicothe; Wyatt Neal, Trenton; Justin Pribyl, Unionville; Rebecca Richardson, Chillicothe; Annaliese Riley, Chillicothe; Tyler Roof, Unionville; Grant Sands, Unionville; Madison Schnatz, Lathrop; and Beth Snow, Hamilton. Those present were honored and recognized at an induction ceremony held on March 28.
NCMC PTK advisors are Maryellen Harman, NCMC History Instructor, and Melissa Spencer, Academic Advisor and Recruiter.
To be eligible, students must be enrolled in an accredited institution offering an associate degree, completed at least 12 credit hours, have a 3.50 GPA or above, and adhere to the moral standards of the society.
