On March 12, 2019, 59 Silver Haired Legislature (SHL) delegates from all over the state, including Peggy and Walter Burnett from Daviess County (ABCD Region), made the trek to the Capitol in Jefferson City for a regular meeting of the board of directors, words of encouragement from various luminaries, and a chance to deliver their message in person to their respective legislators. Delegates highlighted SHL’s past achievements as well as its current priorities using the newly-printed 2019 SHL brochure.
