All Shopko stores closing

Due to documents filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court on March 18, Shopko will be going into liquidation and will close all of its remaining locations by June.

The closing of the Gallatin and Trenton stores was announced in February. Gallatin will be closing around May 5; Trenton will close around May 12.

The Green Bay, Wisconsin-based retailer filed for a court-supervised financial restructuring under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in January.
