Monday: chili, ham sliders, lettuce salad, relish tray, crackers, pears, cinnamon roll; Tuesday: baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, fruit salad, roll; Wednesday: small burrito on tortilla w/lettuce, tomatoes and onion, Spanish rice, fiesta corn, Mandarin oranges; Thursday: pulled pork on bun, pickled beets, lima beans, peaches; Friday: birthday dinner of hot beef on bread, mashed potatoes w/gravy, spinach, fruited gelatin, dessert.
