Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft announced that the Daviess County Library has been awarded a Summer Library Program Grant of $3,609. The library will use the grant to will conduct a 12-week summer reading program for all ages. Additionally, they will include early literacy programming for infants, toddlers and pre-K children. The library will also take the program to off-site locations to reach underserved and unserved populations.
