Gallatin R-5 senior Kelsey Maxwell became the first signee on Tuesday of next season’s freshman basketball group for the NCMC Lady Pirates. Maxwell led the Lady Bulldogs this season with a 16.2 scoring average and 10.1 rebound average and earned both All-Grand River Conference and All-District honors.
