5:31 pm – Forrest Patrick Kelley, 64, Gallatin, was transported to DDCRJ on two counts of failure to register as sex offender, both D felonies, with $15,000 bond. According to the probable cause statement, Kelley was convicted of sodomy with a child in Livingston County in 2000. His last registration was on Dec. 14, 2018. Kelley has been staying at 207 West Jackson Street in Gallatin. Kelley also gave his home address as 23465 Otter Avenue on hospital admittance paperwork. As of Jan. 9, neither of these addresses had been reported on his sex offender registration. He had also been operating a 1995 Ford Ranger and a 1997 Dodge which were not on his registration.
