Access II provides ‘consumer services’

Access II Independent Living Center provides those living with disabilities an opportunity to direct their own care and live more independently. Access II provides an opportunity to hire an attendant to assist with daily tasks so those with disabilities can remain in their own home.
Individuals in the Consumer Directed Services Program are able to hire their own attendants and determine the schedule of care. If you are receiving MO HealthNet, have a significant physical disability, are at least 18 years of age and are able to direct your own care, you may qualify for the Consumer Directed Services program.
