Tom Crouse placed second at Rising Stars Junior American Tie Down Calf Roping in Guthrie, OK, on Nov. 24. There were 110 19-and-under ropers from all over the United States. The top 10 at this roping event and other qualifying rodeos are eligible to rope in the Junior American Rodeo in Fort Worth, TX, in February 2019, and Tom plans to attend.
