Ten members of the Gallatin FFA Chapter attended the 90th National FFA Convention and Career Expo in Indianapolis, IN, from Oct. 24-27. The week kicked off with members attending the Garth Brooks concert Wednesday night.

Thursday was spent at the opening session and participating in the career show and expo event. Members were able to visit college booths, welding institutes, and experience FFA membership from across the U.S. by attending state booths. Thursday evening members attended the hypnotist show.
On Friday, members were on hand to see Addison Burns win third place in the nation in the AgriScience Fair competition results. Members also attended a farm tour at Smith Farms and toured the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
On Saturday, members attended the American Degree session as four Gallatin members received their American FFA Degree pins. American Degree recipients were Kaitlyn Bird, Jarod Rains, Declan Schweizer, and Dalton Swalley.
