North Daviess Principal Kelly Hightree, with the assistance of first and second grade teacher Sandy Wallace, has implemented a new morning pledge for the elementary students. Each morning after the Pledge of Allegiance, students recite a Knight Pledge. This pledge is recognizing responsibility and respect that each student at North Daviess is expected to show, not only to the teachers, administrators and staff, but also to the classmates inside their classrooms. Character and positive behavior incentives are also being reintroduced to the North Daviess Students, with Knight Notes.
