Gallatin native Brice Garnett turned in a top 20 finish over the weekend in the Wyndham Championship held at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, NC.
Sunday marked Garnett’s fifth top 25 finish on this season’s PGA Tour. The GHS and Missouri Western grad finished five under par on Sunday and 13 under par for the tournament.
Brandt Snedeker won the Wyndham, finishing 21 strokes under par after leading the event wire-to-wire. Garnett was the last golfer to win a tournament after leading every round. He captured the Corales Puntacana in the Dominican Republic in March.
This week’s Tour event is The Northern Trust, held in Paramus, New Jersey.
